Our Principles

Non-negotiable rules that protect democracy from being gamed.

๐Ÿ†“

Forever Free

Voting will never cost money. Not for you, not for anyone. We cover blockchain fees through donations and grants. Democracy is not a premium feature.

๐Ÿ”“

Open Source

Every line of code is public. Every algorithm is auditable. Every result is independently verifiable. We don't ask you to trust us โ€” we give you the tools to verify us.

One Human, One Vote

No influence buying. No bot armies. No weighted votes based on wealth or status. Cryptographic identity verification ensures every person gets exactly one vote โ€” no more, no less.

๐Ÿ”’

Total Privacy

We never know who you are. Zero-Knowledge Proofs verify your eligibility without revealing your identity. Your vote is yours alone โ€” mathematically guaranteed.

๐Ÿšซ

No Political Control

No government, party, corporation, or individual controls Vote Earth. The platform runs on a decentralized blockchain โ€” no single entity can censor, modify, or shut down votes.

โš–๏ธ

Human Rights Are Not Voteable

The UN Declaration of Human Rights is the constitutional floor. No majority can vote to strip rights from a minority. Democracy without human rights is just mob rule.

Why this is not social media

Social media promised to give everyone a voice. It gave them an algorithm. Vote Earth is what social media promised but never delivered.

Followers, profiles, and likes create power imbalances. An influencer with 10 million followers has 10 million times the reach of a regular citizen. That's not democracy โ€” that's oligarchy with extra steps. On Vote Earth, everyone is equal.

What happens with the results?

Every vote is stored permanently on a public blockchain. The results are open, independently verifiable, and impossible to falsify. They belong to everyone โ€” no government, corporation, or party controls them.

What happens next depends on the issue and the country. In some places, existing legal tools (petitions, citizens' initiatives) can translate verified public will into binding action. In others, the sheer undeniability of the numbers creates political pressure no government can dismiss.

Vote Earth doesn't tell politicians what to do. It shows them โ€” with mathematical certainty โ€” what the people want. See the full roadmap โ†’
